KAVYLO 1.3.2: New Languages, More Coaching and an Expanded Training Experience
By Naomi Stiel · 24 September 2026
KAVYLO 1.3.2 expands the app with new languages, a broader Coach area and further improvements around training, personal goals, recovery and everyday fitness context.
KAVYLO 1.3.2 is here
Version 1.3.2 expands KAVYLO in several areas.
The update adds new languages, develops the Coach area further and improves how training, personal goals, recovery and other fitness data are connected.
The focus is not on one single new feature. It is about making KAVYLO more useful and easier to understand in everyday use.
KAVYLO is now available in more languages
KAVYLO was previously available in English, German and Dutch.
With version 1.3.2, French and Spanish are added.
KAVYLO is now available in five languages:
- English
- German
- Dutch
- French
- Spanish
The expansion is not limited to individual text elements. The goal is for the app to feel as consistent as possible in every supported language.
The KAVYLO website and important product pages are also now available in all five languages.
The Coach area is becoming more important
The Coach area is a central part of KAVYLO.
The Coach is not designed to simply show general fitness information. It is intended to help bring different parts of your training context together.
This can include:
- training
- personal goals
- recovery
- nutrition
- activity
- training history
- weekly context
Instead of looking at every piece of information separately, the Coach helps connect these areas within one fitness context.
Personal questions instead of generic answers
The Coach area is designed to help users make sense of questions around their own fitness routine more quickly.
This can include questions about:
- current training
- recovery
- nutrition
- the previous training week
- personal goals
- training progress
The long-term idea behind KAVYLO remains the same: fitness data should not only be collected. It should also be placed into a context that is easier to understand.
Training remains at the center
Even with a larger Coach area, training remains one of the central parts of KAVYLO.
The app connects different training styles and tools within one training area.
This includes training plans, individual workouts, exercises, training history, endurance features and additional specialized training areas.

Training plans and structured planning
KAVYLO includes training plans for different goals and types of training.
Training planning is not treated as something separate from the rest of your fitness context.
Planned sessions, completed workouts, training history and progress can be viewed together.

Progress is more than a single number
Another goal of KAVYLO is to make progress visible over time.
A single workout or individual metric often says little about how training is developing in the long term.
That is why KAVYLO connects training history, activity and other relevant data.

Recovery is part of the training context
Training and recovery influence each other.
That is why KAVYLO does not treat recovery as a completely separate area.
The Coach can help bring training, activity and recovery together so users can better understand their current context.
This does not mean that a single value automatically decides how someone should train. The goal is to bring different pieces of information together in one place.
Nutrition is another part of the bigger picture
Nutrition is also part of everyday fitness.
KAVYLO therefore connects Training and Nutrition within the same app.
This allows users to look at training, nutrition, activity, recovery and progress within one connected system.

Apple Watch and Apple Health as data sources
KAVYLO can use data from the Apple ecosystem to provide more context around training and activity.
Apple Watch can contribute relevant workout and activity data, while Apple Health can bring different data sources together in one place.

More context instead of more isolated numbers
With version 1.3.2, KAVYLO continues to develop toward a system that connects different areas of fitness.
Training, nutrition, recovery, activity, personal goals and progress should not be treated as completely separate areas.
The Coach area plays an increasingly important role in this approach.
The goal is not simply to show users more data, but to help make that data easier to understand in context.
What comes next
KAVYLO continues to evolve.
Further improvements around coaching, training planning, wearables, data integrations and the connection between different fitness areas are already part of the ongoing development.
Version 1.3.2 is therefore more than a language update. It is another step toward a more connected KAVYLO experience.
